Affiliate Disclosure

CoverCalc is free to use. Here is exactly how the site earns money, so you can decide for yourself.

How the site is funded

Some links on CoverCalc are affiliate links. We identify the current paid relationship below. If you click a paid link and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission; the price you pay is the same either way.

Amazon

CoverCalc is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Painter quotes and samples

The current quote link opens Networx, a contractor-matching service, and the sample link opens Samplize. Neither is currently a tracked paid referral for CoverCalc. We don't choose or vet contractors; get multiple quotes and check licensing and reviews yourself. If that status changes, we will identify the partner and update this page before presenting the link as an affiliate offer.

What this doesn't change

The calculator's math is not influenced by any retailer. Coverage numbers in our guides come from manufacturer product data, and we round up because running out mid-wall is worse than a leftover quart. We don't accept payment to recommend specific paint brands.
